11 killed in Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon

On Monday, an Israeli airstrike in Lebanon resulted in the deaths of 11 members of the Lebanese Civil Defense, according to sources from both the Civil Defense and the Lebanese Red Cross.


Ten of the civil defense members were killed in an airstrike that targeted the Islamic Health Authority center in the southern city of Barachit, as reported by an anonymous civil defense official. The bodies of the victims have since been taken to a hospital in Nabatih, located in southern Lebanon.


Additionally, an airstrike on a house in the eastern city of Kaliya claimed the life of one civilian and injured three others, according to a Lebanese Red Cross source.


Since September 23, the Israeli military has intensified its attacks on Lebanon, leading to significant casualties, with reports indicating that at least two thousand people have lost their lives.
