### Role Overview
The Documentation Officer will play a crucial role in managing internal project-related documents and creating content and stories. They will also support the process documentation for the Water Governance Thematic Unit project.
### Qualifications and Competencies
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated professional who aligns with Oxfam’s values, possessing the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Media and Communication/Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience collaborating with NGOs, private, or public sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft tools
- Demonstrated skills in content creation, documentary work, photography, and videography
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali
