250 new billionaires added to China after stock market boom

The list of the world's richest people released by Hurun Global Rich List on Tuesday shows that the number of billionaires in China has doubled in the past five years. China, the world's second-largest economy, has seen rapid growth over the past few years.

Although the corona virus epidemic has had a serious impact on the economy in most countries of the world, China has made good progress in 2020 after dramatically controlling the corona virus in a timely manner.

According to Hurun, by 2020, 259 billion people have entered the list. Including this, the total number of billionaires in China has reached 1,058. China has become the first country in the world to cross the 1,000-billion mark.

In comparison, 70 new billionaires have emerged in the United States, the second-best developing country. The total number of billionaires in the United States has reached 696.

Zhong Shanshan, the founder of Nongfu, which trades water in China, has a net worth of अर्ब 85 billion. Zhong, who has been involved in construction in the past, raised अर्ब 11 billion in cash by issuing initial public offering (IPOs) in Hong Kong last year.

In one year, three people have amassed a fortune of more than ५० 50 billion. According to the survey, the fortunes of Alan Musk of Tesla, Jeff Bezos of Amazon and Colin Huang of Pinduodu have increased by 50 billion.

Overall, China is leading the world in terms of wealth creation. According to Hurun, China has added 490 new billionaires in the past five years, while the United States has added 160.

Rupert Hooghwarf, chairman of the Hurun Report, said that despite the epidemic of the corona virus, some people have managed to earn the most in the last decade.

The main reasons for this are the listing of new companies in the stock market and the rise in the stock market. According to him, perhaps in the last 100 years, Asia has created more billionaires than the rest of the world.

The survey also shows that the highest number of billionaires is now in Chinese cities. Six of the world's top 10 billionaire cities are in China. For the past six years, Beijing has been in the forefront.
